Green (heel) was held out of Thursday's practice.

Analysis:

Green's heel issues started just prior to the All-Star break, so it appears he's still dealing with some lingering discomfort despite the additional week off for recovery. He was unable to practice Thursday, so he can tentatively be considered questionable for Friday's game against the Raptors. Look for an update on his availability after the team's morning shootaround.
