Nets' Chris McCullough: Assigned to D-League

McCullough was assigned to the D-League's Long Island Nets on Wednesday.

Analysis:

McCullough has played in just 14 games for the parent club this season, averaging 2.5 points and 1.2 rebounds. Since the Nets are reasonably healthy and aren't expected to require the second-year forward's services in Friday's game against the Nuggets, McCullough will head to Long Island in search of more playing time.
