The Serge Ibaka era in the 6 is ready to get underway following a trade between the Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic.

The 27-year-old Congolese big man arrived north of the border late Tuesday night, and is expected to be in uniform with his new teammates Wednesday when the Raptors host the Charlotte Hornets in their final outing before the All-Star break.
"I've got a new opportunity. A good team. So, I've got an opportunity to play basketball and challenge for the playoffs," Ibaka told Open Gym's Jeff Landicho.
He added, "I believe God put me here for a reason."

In 56 appearances this season with the Magic, Ibaka averaged 15.1 points on 48.8 percent shooting, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.6 rejections.
