Raptors' Serge Ibaka: Won't play Tuesday

Ibaka won't be available for Tuesday's game against the Bulls, Raptors radio play-by-play broadcaster Eric Smith reports.

Analysis:

The Raptors acquired Ibaka from the Magic earlier Tuesday, and unsurprisingly, the big man will be held out of action as the details of the deal are finalized. The hope is that Ibaka will be available for Wednesday's game against the Hornets, but that will depend upon how quickly the trade is processed, as well as how long it takes for Ibaka to get his visa situation in order. Once he's cleared to play, expect Ibaka to settle in as the Raptors' regular starter at power forward, a role that should afford him around 30 minutes per game.
