Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis: Questionable for Sunday vs. Raptors

Porzingis (Achilles) is listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Raptors.

Analysis:

Porzingis missed three games from Dec. 31 to Jan. 4 with a sore left Achilles, and after returning to play in the Knicks' subsequent four contests, the injury has resurfaced. He sat out Thursday's win over the Bulls, and it appears he's still not fully recovered, as the Knicks will wait until gameday Sunday before determining if he's fit to play. In the event Porzingis is held out again, Lance Thomas would likely enter the starting lineup at small forward, while Carmelo Anthony shifts over to power forward. Mindaugas Kuzminskas, who went off for 19 points in 30 minutes Thursday, would also be in line for extended run if Porzingis sits.
