Lakers' Nick Young: Practices in full Saturday

Young (calf) went through a full practice Saturday, but will remain out Sunday against the Knicks, Mark Medina of the Los Angles Daily News reports.

Analysis:

Young's absence for Sunday's game comes as no surprise, as the shooting guard indicated earlier in the week that he's targeting a return for the second half of the back-to-back set Monday against the Kings. Considering he was able to practice without restriction Saturday, that looks to be a very attainable goal. In Young's absence Sunday, continue to expect Lou Williams and Brandon Ingram to see increased minutes while seeing most of the minutes off the ball.
