Bulls' Paul Zipser: Assigned to Windy City

Zipser was assigned to the D-League's Windy City Bulls on Wednesday, KC Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

The German rookie has appeared in only six games for the Bulls this season, logging a total of 30 minutes. While the 22-year-old may be in the team's long-term plans, he's highly unlikely to make an impact at the NBA level in 2016-17.
