Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard: Plays through minor injuries

Lillard suffered minor thumb and ankle injuries in Sunday's 100-94 victory over the Grizzlies, Casey Holdahl of Blazers.com reports. He finished with 19 points (3-11 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 11-11 FT), seven assists, six rebounds and one steal across 33 minutes.

Analysis:

Lillard's injuries may have played a role in him posting his worst shooting night of the season, but he still managed to knock down all his free-throw tries and was on the court when the game ended. He will have a day to rest and recover before the Trail Blazers take the floor Tuesday against the Suns.
