Heat's Josh McRoberts: Unable to take contact Sunday

McRoberts (foot) was limited to non-contact work during Sunday's practice, Manny Navarro of the Miami Herald reports.

Analysis:

McRoberts missed the entire preseason while recovering from a stress reaction in his left foot, and since he's still not cleared to take contact, it appears highly unlikely that he'l suit up in Wednesday's season opener against the Magic. He'll be evaluated further over the next few days, but realistically, McRoberts seems bound to miss a handful of games to begin the season.
