Heat's Wayne Ellington: In the starting lineup Tuesday

Ellington will start at small forward during Tuesday's exhibition game against the Magic, Manny Navarro of the Miami Herald reports.

Analysis:

Justise Winslow is sitting out with a back injury, so Ellington will move up to the top unit at the wing spot opposite Dion Waiters. It's expected that once Winslow is back, Ellington will see most his time at shooting guard, where he'll compete with Waiters, Tyler Johnson and eventually, Josh Richardson (knee), for minutes. Ellington will offer the Heat an outside shooting threat, but he's not expected to see enough time to provide fantasy value in most formats.
