Chandler Parsons is still recovering from a meniscus tear in his right knee that caused him to miss the final month of the 2015-16 season.

The Memphis Grizzlies small forward has been participating in limited court activity this summer, and will be restricted entering training camp, according to Joe Murphy of nba.com.

After surgery in March, Parsons has been progressing as expected, Murphy reports.

The 27-year-old was in the midst of a solid season for the Dallas Mavericks prior to the injury, averaging 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists, while shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 41.4 percent from deep.

Injuries have troubled Parsons over the last few seasons, with the 6-foot-9 forward missing 37 combined games during his two years in Dallas.

After signing a four year, $94-million max deal with Memphis in July, the Grizzlies are undoubtedly hoping that Parsons will be in top form when their season tips off next month.
