Celtics' Terry Rozier: Among top performers at LVSL

Rozier was among the top overall performers at the Las Vegas Summer League, averaging 20.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals in six games.

Analysis:

Rozier didn't make much of an impact for the Celtics as a rookie, but he'll look to step into a slightly larger role this season as the projected third point guard behind Isaiah Thomas and Marcus Smart. In Las Vegas, Rozier shot an impressive 54.2 percent from the floor and 45.2 percent from three-point range, helping to quell concerns about his shaky jump shot. Of course, a six-game summer league sample is far from definitive, but the Celtics still had to be encouraged by the 22-year-old's showing.
