The Golden State Warriors hit the jackpot in NBA free agency on Monday with Kevin Durant announcing on the Players' Tribune that he'll be heading to the Bay Area to suit up for the 73-win squad on a reported two-year deal.

Draymond Green, one of three All-Stars already on the roster, can't wait to play alongside another of the league's most talented players.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to add one of the best players in the world to our team and welcome him to our brotherhood," Green told The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears. "This will be some of the best times of our life and I'm looking forward to it."

Green was reportedly present for Golden State's pitch to Durant in the Hamptons on Friday, along with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, head coach Steve Kerr, Andre Iguodala, and members of team management.

The idea of forming a "super death lineup" with the Warriors reportedly intrigued Durant during his decision making. A five-man unit of Curry-Thompson-Iguodala-Harrison Barnes-Green (death lineup) was the most efficient in the NBA during the regular season, with a league-best offensive rating (142.0) and net rating (47.0).

With Durant filling the presumed vacancy left by Barnes, who may soon be on his way to the Dallas Mavericks, the Warriors could have one of the most dominant lineups in NBA history on its hands, giving Green even more reason to smile.
