Kings select Isaiah Cousins with No. 59 pick in the NBA Draft

The Sacramento Kings have selected Oklahoma guard Isaiah Cousins with the No. 59 pick of the 2016 NBA Draft.
Cousins, a senior like former Sooners teammate Buddy Hield, saw his stock rise after pre-draft workouts. At 6-foot-5, he projects as a backup combo guard at the NBA level, with the ability to defend the perimeter and consistently knock down outside shots.
Cousins shot 41 percent from deep in his senior season in Norman, joining Hield and Jordan Woodward in a sharpshooting backcourt.
