Heat's Whiteside won't travel to Toronto for Game 5

The Miami Heat will be without Hassan Whiteside for a second consecutive game Wednesday night, as the center will not travel with the team to Toronto for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Raptors.
Whiteside suffered a mild MCL sprain in his right knee during the second quarter of Game 3, and the Heat have listed him as day-to-day moving forward.
The Raptors took advantage of Whiteside's absence to win Game 3 in Miami, but with their own starting center going down for the series shortly thereafter, they managed just 87 points in an overtime loss in Game 4.
And so, the center-less series swings back to Toronto for a critical fifth game, with Whiteside remaining home for rest and therapy as the Heat try to get him right for Game 6, which goes Friday night in South Beach.
Whiteside averaged 9.3 points, 9.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals, and 1.3 blocks in the series before suffering the injury.
