Report: Texas' Isaiah Taylor to test NBA draft waters

Texas guard Isaiah Taylor will declare for the NBA draft without hiring an agent, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reports.
Taylor averaged 15 points last season and impressed during the Longhorns' brief stay in the NCAA tournament, notching 22 in a loss to Northern Iowa.
The junior improved during his three seasons in Austin, bumping his shooting percentage up to 42 in 2015-16.
By not hiring an agent, Taylor has the option to return to school before May 25.
