Michael Bradley appointed captain of USMNT for 1st time

Another armband is heading Michael Bradley's way.
After being appointed as captain of Toronto FC ahead of the Major League Soccer season, Bradley will also take the pitch as his side's captain when the United States men's national team visits Denmark's national team for a friendly on Wednesday.
The appointment marks Bradley's first captaincy role with the USMNT.
