LA Galaxy star Dos Santos claims MLS Player of the Week award

LA Galaxy star Giovani Dos Santos has been named MLS Player of the Week for Week 7 of the 2016 regular season following his two-goal performance in his side's 4-1 thumping of the Houston Dynamo at BBVA Compass Stadium.
The crafty Mexican international scored two impressive goals, his first coming in the fourth minute of play, and his second born from a perfect first touch off a long cross served on a platter by his fellow Designated Player, Steven Gerrard.

His efforts earned the LA Galaxy its third win of the year, and its first away from home this season.
