Roberto Hernandez has signed with the Toronto Blue Jays for the second time in four months, the team announced Wednesday.
The 35-year-old right-hander originally agreed to a minors deal with the club in December, but was released in late March. He will report to extended spring training.
Hernandez owns a career 4.58 ERA in 1,349 1/3 innings pitched. In six spring contests with the Blue Jays, he posted a 3.60 ERA, exclusively appearing in relief.
