Bud Selig has resisted the urge to fully retire since stepping down as MLB commissioner last January.

The 81-year-old is set to join the Sports Law and Business program at Arizona State University and will be the founding member of an advisory board for it.

"I am particularly excited because my wife and I have our second home here, and I am pleased to have this opportunity to give back to the great state of Arizona," Selig told Anne Ryman of The Republic.

Selig served as MLB commissioner from 1998-2015, while also teaching classes for the past six years. He's worked with Marquette University Law School since 2009 and taught at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, last year.
