Analysis:

It appeared as if Beltre was injured while sliding into second base during an inning-ending double play in the first inning. He received treatment in the dugout all throughout the second inning, but was removed early in the third inning and appeared to be in considerable pain. He was replaced Hanser Alberto, who will now take over at third base. More information should become available shortly regarding his availability for the rest of the ALDS.
