Garcia held out of White Sox lineup for Game 1 of doubleheader with sore knee

Avisail Garcia (knee) remains out of the lineup for Game 1 of the Chicago White Sox's doubleheader Thursday, the Chicago Tribune's Paul Sullivan reports.

Analysis:

Garcia will miss his third game in a row and his fifth of the last seven with this knee issue. There is a chance Garcia could be in the lineup for the second half of Thursday's doubleheader. J.B. Shuck will get the start in right field and hit sixth for the early game.
