Johnny Cueto: (Elbow) Could Start Sunday
Cueto (elbow) threw from up to 90 feet Wednesday and could return to the rotation Sunday, John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Analysis:
Cueto said following Wednesday's session that he "was very comfortable" throwing, and he also added that he thinks he will be able to start Sunday against the Nationals. Cueto will likely throw at least once more on the side before the Reds make a final call on his status for the weekend, but it appears fantasy owners and Reds fans have reason for optimism.
