Analysis:

It was a bit worrisome that Pagan was dealing with back spasms after having surgery on his back last season, but his quick return and strong performance indicate that this was simply a minor setback. He doesn't have the cleanest bill of health so this issue could flare up again during the course of the season; but when he is healthy, Pagan can help fantasy teams in multiple categories.
