Angel Pagan: (Finger) Scratched Tuesday

Pagan was scratched from Tuesday's lineup due to a laceration on his left middle finger.

Analysis:

Pagan felt some discomfort in his finger, which was spiked on a stolen base attempt Monday, while playing catch prior to batting practice. Manager Bruce Bochy said Pagan's fingernail was "cracked pretty good." Gregor Blanco will move over to center field in Pagan's absence as Justin Maxwell steps in to man right.
