Sanchez changed his approach on the mound in Sunday's win over the Royals and those changes could pay dividends for his owners going forward.

Analysis:

He decided to hunker down and attack the hitters with first-pitch strikes, and was able to get that first-pitch strike with all five of his pitches. He fired first-pitch strikes to 22 of 27 hitters he faced, and he had the Royals off balance right up to the eighth inning, giving up just three runs through 7.1 innings. His overall numbers are still inflated, so you may be able to obtain him at less than market value from his frustrated owner who sees those early-season homers as a harbinger of a grey season.
