He limped off the field after sliding awkwardly into second base during the ninth inning. "When I slid, my knee jammed into the base pretty hard," McCutchen said. "It wasn't comfortable, but after I gave it a little time to warm up, it was OK. I'm all right." He has two hits in three lifetime at-bats against Saturday's starter, John Lackey.
