Ben Zobrist: Out Several Days With Knee Soreness

Zobrist (knee) will receive a cortisone shot Monday and will be out "several" days, reports Jane Lee of MLB.com.

Zobrist's MRI showed no ligament damage, and the team is hoping the cortisone shot and rest will solve his soreness. He is likely out until at least Thursday while he waits for the shot to take effect. He's hitting .267 with one homer through his first 45 Oakland at-bats.
