Hutchison could be the favorite to start Opening Day for the Blue Jays, Sportsnet's Ben Nicholson-Smith reports.

Analysis:

It would seem that veterans R.A. Dickey and Mark Buehrle would be more likely to get the Opening Day nod, but it is Hutchison who is currently lined up to start Opening Day assuming he continues pitching on normal rest. Hutchison posted just a 4.48 ERA last season, but he did lead the team with 184 strikeouts, and has given up just two earned runs through 10 innings this spring.
