Analysis:

It's doubtful Lake will see any time at the hot corner this year, as the position will be held by Mike Olt and Tommy La Stella until Kris Bryant gets into town sometime in April. Still, the versatility can't hurt, and with Chris Denorfia possibly heading to the DL with a sore hamstring, Lake's chances of making the team aren't bad.
