Analysis:

With increased depth, the Diamondbacks should have plenty of competition for rotation spots throughout the season. Webster pitched well in September for the Red Sox to close out 2014, and he'll need to sustain the improved control he showed down the stretch order to keep a starting gig regardless of when that opportunity is afforded him by his new club.
