Morrison, who hasn't played 100 games in a season since 2011 because of injuries, hired a trainer this year to help keep him healthy, the Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Morrison lost much of last season to a hamstring injury. He finally got back to form in late July, hitting .313 with an .856 OPS in his last 54 games. First base is his this year with no competition in spring training. He seems like a safe bet to be productive if he stays healthy. A big "if," obviously.
