Analysis:

DeSclafani will surely have to earn the job during spring training, but it looks like he has a strong chance to lock down a starter's role, which only means good things for his fantasy potential. The right-hander will be 25 in April, and has seen limited success during 33-inning span in 2014. He primarily relies upon a lower-90s fastball and slider to get hitters out, and used that combo to post a 8.95 K/9 in 59.1 innings of Triple-A ball last season. DeSclafani was unable to replicate that success in the majors, so perhaps a change of scenery will help -- although he'll have to do it in a much less pitcher-friendly park.
