Report: Former Red Sox hitting coach Greg Colbrunn hired by Yankees' Single-A affiliate

Former Boston Red Sox hitting coach Greg Colbrunn is returning to his roots.

Colbrunn has reportedly been hired to be the hitting coach for the New York Yankees' Single-A affiliate in Charleston, SC, according to Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News.

Colbrunn coached in Charleston, his hometown, from 2007-12 before joining the Red Sox.
