Phillies' Brown on 2015: 'If I'm not here, I'll definitely have a job somewhere else'

Regardless of where he plays next season, Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Domonic Brown intends to make the most of it. 

"If I'm not here, I'll definitely have a job somewhere else," Brown told Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. "I don't really think that's a problem. I love you guys. I love Philly. But that's part of baseball."

The Phillies will reportedly explore dealing the 27-year-old in the offseason following a disappointing campaign that saw Brown hit .235/.285/.349 with 10 home runs and 53 RBI in 144 games, just a season removed from his first All-Star appearance.  

Brown, who blamed his down year on a terrible first half of the season, doesn't necessarily believe that a change in scenery would help him get back to his 2013 form.  

"I don't like to say that," Brown said. "I really don't like to say that kind of stuff. I just want to be here, you know? This is home for me. But at the same time it's business and I understand that. Wherever I'm at I'm going to be happy. And as long as I'm playing baseball, I'm good."
