Scott Baker: Spot Start Saturday Night

Baker will start Saturday's game in place of Derek Holland, who was scratched with a migraine, MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan reports.

Analysis:

Baker has not started against the A's this season, but he did face them three times out of the bullpen and gave tossed five scoreless innings while giving up just three hits and posting a 2:1 K:BB ratio.
