Analysis:

Pagan returned to the lineup Friday following a three-game absence, but his back flared up yet again, and he was forced to leave the game in the sixth inning. An MRI on the troublesome region earlier in the week came back clean, but the Giants will have Pagan looked at again to see if he'll be an option for the rest of the weekend.
