Castillo was taken to the hospital Friday for tests on his left rib area, according to Jesse Rogers of ESPNChicago.com, after being hit by a foul ball in the first inning. The results of those tests haven't been disclosed, but Castillo will miss at least one start as a result of the injury. John Baker will fill in behind the plate.
