Red Sox' Napoli not in lineup Sunday vs. Royals

Boston Red Sox first baseman Mike Napoli is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Royals.

Analysis:

Napoli is a little banged up, so manager John Farrell decided to give him Sunday off in advance of a team off day. Allen Craig will man first base for the Red Sox in Napoli's place.
