Cincinnati Reds starter Homer Bailey is reportedly done for the season:

Bailey's been dealing with right elbow issues since early-to-mid August, and with the Reds at 66-71 on Monday, well out of playoff position, they've seemingly decided to let Bailey rest until next year.
The Reds won't have trouble filling Bailey's spot on the roster, which expanded Monday:
