Mariners' Cano in lineup Saturday vs. Tigers despite foot injury

As expected, a foot injury will not keep Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano out of the lineup Saturday against the Detroit Tigers.
Cano is in the lineup batting 3rd.
