Watch: Rays' Beckham sneaks past tag with wicked slide at home

MLB.com

So quick even the umpire didn't notice at first.

And who could blame the ump for not seeing that Tim Beckham had scored the Tampa Bay Rays' first run on Jesus Sucre's single until manager Kevin Cash asked for a replay review. Despite a perfect throw from Toronto Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista, Beckham flew into home plate with a feet-first slide and appeared to slip his hand through catcher Russell Martin's arms and across home plate mere moments before a tag was applied.

The initial call of out was overturned on replay, and proved that every baserunner heading into home should try and bend around those tags like Beckham.
