Yankees' Adam Warren: Relegated to bullpen
Manager Joe Girardi said that Warren will begin the season in the bullpen, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.
Analysis:
Warren did have some success this spring, although the greater success of the other candidates likely helped the Yankees to decide to move him to the relief corps. The 29-year-old does have a considerable amount of experience out of the bullpen, amassing a career 3.63 ERA primarily as a reliever, although his low strikeout rates likely keep him irrelevant in fantasy terms unless he's able to crack the starting rotation.
