Braves' Ian Krol: Strikes out two Monday

Krol walked one and struck out two in 1.1 shutout innings during Monday's Grapefruit League game against the Tigers.

Analysis:

The 25-year-old has a 9:3 K:BB through 8.1 spring innings, and Krol will begin the season as the top lefty in the Braves' bullpen. He's got a limited track record of major-league success, however, so if he struggles out of the gate he could lose his setup spot to the returning Eric O'Flaherty.
