Trout, Bryant favored to win MVPs; Sale, Kershaw for Cy Youngs

The reigning American League and National League Most Valuable Players are both favored to repeat in 2017.

With a little over two weeks until Opening Day, Bovada released the odds for Major League Baseball's end-of-season awards, and there are some familiar faces at the top.

Mike Trout is the betting favorite to win his third AL MVP, while Kris Bryant is the pick to win his second straight in the NL. On the pitching side, Chris Sale is projected to win his first Cy Young award in the AL, while Clayton Kershaw is pegged for his fourth NL Cy Young in seven years.
