Red Sox's David Price: Throws three straight days

Price (elbow) took Wednesday off after throwing three consecutive days, Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Analysis:

Price will play catch Thursday out to a distance of 60 feet, getting in between 30 and 40 throws. The Red Sox have indicated Price is expected to start the season on the disabled list.
