White Sox's Charlie Tilson: Might return in limited fashion Friday
Manager Rick Renteria said that Tilson (foot) could begin limited action Friday, Dan Hayes of CSN Chicago reports.
Analysis:
The outfield prospect was diagnosed with a stress reaction earlier in the week, but it seems like he's already on the up-and-up again. This is still speculation at this point given he hasn't actually performed any of the activities since incurring the injury, but Tilson appears to be on the verge of returning to spring action. His status should be clearer as he ramps up his workouts over the weekend.
