Analysis:

The southpaw is dealing with some irritation in his shoulder, but he will likely be out for only a short time given that it isn't anything more serious. He posted a 4.91 ERA in 14.2 innings with the Diamondbacks last year and will look to earn a spot in their bullpen for 2017.
