The Toronto Blue Jays added to their catching depth Monday, claiming backstop Juan Graterol off waivers from the Los Angeles Angels.
Graterol appeared in nine games for the Angels last season, slashing .286/.286/.429 in 14 at-bats.
To make room on the 40-man roster for Graterol, the Blue Jays designated right-hander Leonel Campos for assignment, according to Sportsnet's Hazel Mae.
