Giants' Denard Span: Out again Saturday

Span remains out of the lineup Saturday against the Dodgers, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

With the Dodgers starting another lefty in Clayton Kershaw, Span will sit once again in favor of Goryks Hernandez. Span has struggled throughout the month of September but he still owns a decent .283/.349/.418 line against right-handers, so it seems likely he'll be back in there Sunday to face Kenta Maeda.
